全自動壓載水過濾機是在雙級智控壓差過濾機基礎上開發研制的一種具有多種功能的全自動綜合性水處理設備;它采用過濾精度可達2微米的高強度316L不銹鋼燒結膜,集全自動高壓反洗和超聲波清洗殺菌技術于一體,無需更換濾元、清洗徹底無死角、自動運行、自動反洗、自動排污,同時具有超聲波殺菌滅藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD和防止濾網污堵等多種功能。系統運行安全可靠,維護方便,運行費用低。

工作原理Working principle
原水由進水口進入機體,首先以外壓方式流經粗濾網,濾除較大顆粒性雜質。粗濾網出水以內壓式進入細濾網,進一步截留水中的細小雜質,同時,超聲波同步工作,對液體中的微小氣泡核產生振動,當聲壓達到一定值時,氣泡將繼續膨脹,然后突然閉合,這些小氣泡急速崩潰時在氣泡內產生了高溫(5000K)高壓(上千個大氣壓),并且由于氣泡周圍的液體高速沖入氣泡,而在氣泡附近的液體中產生了強烈的局部激波,也形成了局部的高溫高壓,從而產生了超聲的殺菌、清洗、粉碎、乳化、分散、阻垢、促進化學反應等一系列的作用。頻率在20KHz以上的超聲波集高級氧化、焚燒、超臨界氧化等多種水處理技術于一身,不但能防止濾膜污堵,延長濾膜反洗周期,同時具有顯著地殺菌和降解有機物的功能。
隨著過濾介質中各種污染物在細濾網內側的累積,過濾通道被堵塞,進出水口壓差逐漸增加,當壓差達到預設定值時,連接于進出水口的壓差變送器便將檢測到的壓差信號轉換成4-20mA的電流信號,傳遞給控制系統,(反洗周期亦可通過設定時間實現),系統自動啟動行程電機和反沖洗高壓泵,此時傳動裝置帶動裝有吸嘴的排污軸在濾網內側做旋轉和水平往返運動,同時,在濾網外側,高壓反沖洗裝置與排污裝置同步動作,并呈對應關系,在不中斷正常產水的前提下,只借助一小部分產品水,對濾網進行高壓反洗,反洗水透過濾網,連同從濾網上剝離的雜質被吸嘴迅速吸入排污軸,最后由排污室排出。

Ultrasonic frequencies above 20KHz set advanced oxidation, incineration, supercritical oxidation and other water technologies in one. It is not only to prevent filter fouling, extend the filter backwash cycle,but also has significant function of sterilization and degradation of organic compounds.
With the pollutants in the filter media accumulated inside the fine filter, the filter channels are blocked, water inlet and outlet pressure increasing. When the pressure reaches the preset value, the pressure transducer detects which is connected to the inlet and outlet will put the pressure signals into 4-20mA current signal, then pass to the control system(The backwash frequency can also be pre-set by time). The system will automatically starts the motor and anti-stroke high-pressure pump flush when the running time reach to the pre-set value.At this time, the gearing drive the dirt collector with nozzles to do the rotation and level back and force movement inside of the filter.mean while,outside the filter, the High-pressure backwash device and the sewage device do synchronous. Movement and show a corresponding relationship. At the premise without interrupting normal operation, it high-pressure backwash the filter with only a small part of the product water. The backwashed water through the filter, together with the impurities from the filter strip are quickly inhaled into the dirt collector by the nozzle,sent to the sewage axis, and finally discharged from the sewage chamber .

該過濾機主要用于海水的凈化、殺菌、阻垢、降解有機物等,特別是對水質要求較高的船舶壓載水領域,和超聲波紫外線殺菌器聯合使用,主要功能可去除和殺滅海水中泥沙、懸浮物、藻類、生物粘泥、腐蝕產物、大分子細菌、真菌、有機物、原生物及其它微小顆粒等雜質,同時具有超聲波殺菌滅藻、消毒、阻垢、降低COD等多種功能,達到水質凈化的目的。

安裝要求:
① 過濾機必須裝在泵的出口,在過濾機的進、出水口均要安裝止回閥,防止突然停水時產生瞬間負壓或背壓造成濾網損壞。
② 設備安裝的管網應保證壓力穩定,且在設備允許的壓力范圍內。
③ 設備應保持水平安裝,排污口(DN40)不得上揚,安裝時拐彎要盡量少,確保排水暢通。
④ 過濾機進出水口之間應設置旁通閥,以備系統故障或檢修時使用。
⑤ 設備進出水管路上須設置壓力表,便于觀測系統運行壓力及壓力損失。
⑥ 設備出水管路上應設置取樣放空閥,便于調試時濾后水取樣以及長期停機保存前的設備放空。
⑦ 設備安裝時四周應預留出檢修空間。
Installation requirements

②The pipe network equipment installation shall ensure that the pressure is stable and the pressure in the device within the scope permitted。
③Equipment should be to maintain the level of the installation, the sewage outfall (DN40) shall not be higher, the installation should be as little as possible when you turn a corner to ensure the smooth flow of drainage。
④Between the inlet and outlet filter bypass valve should be set up to prepare for the use of a system failure or maintenance。
⑤Equipment to be installed pressure gauge on the pipe inlet and outlet for easy observation system operating pressure and pressure loss.
⑥On the Equipment outlet pipe should be set sampling venting valve for easy to sample the water sampling after filtering and long-term shutdown of equipment to save pre-venting.
⑦Equipment installation should be set aside out of maintenance around the room.

被處理水經進水口進入超聲波紫外線殺菌器機體,波長在254nm的強紫外線C(UVC)對水流進行均勻照射,達到廣譜殺菌效果,同時,頻率在20KHZ以上的超聲波對水具有空化、混合、裂解、氧化、推流、殺菌、滅藻、清洗、除垢防垢等一系列作用,超聲波空化實現了輔助殺菌和對有機物的降解,其產生的局部激波能使被處理水產生紊流現象,使水與紫外線更加充分均勻的接觸,使殺菌更高效;同時超聲波對腔體和石英套管起到了關鍵的清洗、除垢、防垢作用,使紫外線燈在高鹽度海水內不結垢、不污染,長期保持良好的殺菌效果。

三、技術特點
